What to eat during pregnancy

Pregnancy is a great time to adopt healthy eating habits if so far you do not have, so we propose a menu for each of the weeks of pregnancy.

These menus have been prepared by Cristina Abascal, our expert nutritionist and try to maintain the balance in the intake of different food groups.

How you will see our menus are based on the idea that the pregnant woman has to make 5 meals a day: breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, snack and dinner. In any case, before cooking any of the recipes we suggest you should read these tips:

- It is convenient that do not eat raw or undercooked foods sobre, especially if you have tested negative for toxoplasmosis.- You have to wash the kitchen utensils very well as well as the food you eat.

- Avoid unpasteurized cheeses and pâtés.

- Try to eat at least one piece of fruit a day.
