Ingredients

  • 400 gr. of flour
  • 200 gr. of butter or margarine
  • 250 gr. of sugar
  • 250 gr of icing sugar
  • 50 gr. of pure cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs + 1 light (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 1 lemon (for glaze)
  • Salt

Preparation of ghost cookies

1. Remove the butter or margarine previously so that it is warm. Beat the eggs and mix them with butter, sugar and vanilla. Tam 2. Sift the flour with the yeast and cocoa powder, and gradually add to the previous mixture. Knead until smooth. Place in the refrigerator and let stand at least 1 hour.
