Childhood obesity at home can be avoided, on the one hand, controlling the feeding and, on the other, motivating physical exercise, but the child will not do anything that we do not do. Do not pretend that if you do not eat vegetables at home because I do not like it, that the child eats vegetables, or that I always drink because I'm in a hurry a fast-moving French omelette and that the child drinks a little fish or his little pechuguita of chicken.
