I paint my house. Poems to learn colors

I paint my house is a short poem by Marisa Alonso Santamaría with which children, in addition to approaching poetry, can learn about the different colors. I paint my house is a short poem by Marisa Alonso Santamaría with which children, in addition to approaching poetry, can learn about the different colors. It is also a great incentive to invite children to paint using their imagination and creativity.

And that is, poetry is a great vehicle for children to learn while playing, is there anything better?

Poem for children: I paint my house

With paints of colors

I am painting my house,

I put the red roof

and a white chimney.

I paint the pink walls, mo and purple the windows,

a large balcony in blue

with apple green stripes.

Next I paint a large tree

that is full of chestnuts,

and a very nice swing

I paint hanging on a branch.
