We present an ideal craft to do with your children during the Easter holidays. This Easter rabbit box made with cardboard is a simple and very entertaining craft to spend the Easter holidays.

Children can use this homemade craft to learn how to cut and paste, thus developing their motor skills and artistic abilities. Crafts are a wonderful way to have fun learning.

Materials:

  • White Cardboard
  • Pink Cardboard
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Pencil
  • Black marker pen
  • Pink marker pen
  • Cotton

How to make an Easter rabbit box:

1. Draw a hexagonal base prism, with six equal rectangles (remember leave flaps to glue) and the two bases, one at each end. Cut out the template

2. Glue the flaps to form the cousin's body. Then paste the bases. You can make a raunra in one of the bats, this way it will be a piggy bank, or cut a larger hole with care to use it as a box or a boat.

3. Draw the rabbit's eyes, cheeks and mouth with the teeth. Glue a pink cotton ball on the nose to make the nose of the rabbit.

4. Draw the ears of the rabbit on white construction paper. Make the same silhouette, a little smaller, on pink cardboard. Cut it out and stick the pink cardboard over the white one, to make the inside of the ears.

5. Stick the ears on the sides of the box. Let it dry, and it's ready!
