Materials
- Toilet paper roll
- Flat wooden sticks
- White paint
- White tail
- Bright satin ribbon
- Scissors and brush
How to make a recycling pencil holder step by step
1. Stick flat wooden sticks around a roll of toilet paper.
2. Paint the ice cream sticks with tempera or white watercolor.
3. Glue two strips of bright satin to the pencil holder, one above and one below.
