Since one year of age, your baby's feeding is more and more like that of the adult. It is time to teach good habits, eating every day at the same time in a quiet climate, avoid long interruptions between courses, eat fast and uncomfortable situations due to lack of space.

It is important that during this period the child does not acquire whimsical and monotonous behavior, with preference towards some foods and dislike for others. Avoid fried and pastry too much.

Baby food from 12 to 18 months

In this stage of the baby, the foods that are part of their diet are the following:

- Infant formulas: Milk growth from 12 months to 2-3 years.
- The cereal porridge with gluten, bread and Mary-type cookies.
- Fruits, Vegetables.
- Water.
- Chicken, Turkey and Veal.
- White fish.
- Yogurt.
- Nuts.
- Pasta and soups.
- Legumes.
- Whole egg: at 12 months.
- Honey or corn syrup: 12 months.
- Blue fish: 18 months.
- Cow's milk: 24-36 months.
