- Green cardboard
- Colored pinecone paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Rubber eva
How to make a hat with cardboard for Carnival
1- Cut out a cone with a green card and stick the ends. Reco
2- Cut short strips of yellow pinecone paper and stick them on a part of the cone as a fringe for the wig. The rest of the cone will have longer strips to make the back of the hair.
3. Cut out strips of pink and green pinecone paper and see them sticking around the hat to decorate it.
4. You can make decorative motifs like eva rubber flowers to give a more festive air to the hat.
5. Stick the flowers on the hat and ... you already have your clown hat for Carnival!
