Material:

  • Glass with water
  • White tail
  • Newspaper
  • Brush
  • Temperas
  • Thread
  • Balloons
  • Old umbrellas

How to do, step by step, planets with papier mâché

1- Inflate a balloon and stick with mixed white glue in water, pieces of newspaper on him. You will have to make several layers to make it homogeneous. Let it dry at least overnight. Perform this process with the eight planets of the solar system. Remember to make them in different sizes.

2- Paint each globe the color of the planet: red for Mars or blue for Saturn.

3- Tie yarn to the end of each balloon.

4- Remove the fabric from an old umbrella and tie each planet in one of the rods.
