Blacita, short poem for children

Two sheep moved away

from the herd very quickly,

without knowing, or realizing

of the danger they were running.

They were happy bullets,

mocking the pastor,

mocking the dogs

with a lot of bad intentions.

Blacita, the youngest one

sees the sheep escape,

and quietly goes after them,

none has noticed.

Arriving at the riverbank,

the sheep have hesitated, co and taking a run

on the other side they have jumped.

Blacita, on reaching the river

the sheep imitate,

and the cold water has fallen

the little one with little legs.

When they hear the bleating

the two sheep have turned

and when they see the lamb there

the heart turns over.

Blacita inside the river,

afloat tries to leave,

swallowing water, drowns

is about to die.

They do not know at what time el the shepherd has appeared,

with the help of the dogs

the little sheep pulled out.

The little one is soaked,

but she has come out alive,

the pastor looks relieved,

seems to breathe.

The sorrowful sheep

feel a lot of what happened,

it does not make any sense

the danger they have run.

Blacita and the two sheep

without having suffered damage,

with the shepherd and the dogs

happy go to the flock.
