Every day of a school year, teachers, students and more non-teaching staff in school coexist so that life in the school is pleasant and everyone can fulfill their objectives.

Everyone has rights and duties within the educational center that must be respected and fulfilled for good coexistence between one and the other.

Why schools have rules of coexistence

Rules of coexistence are needed in order to ensure that rights are not violated and the duties of each are not cheated. In this sense, it is worth noting that the rights and duties of each one are fundamental to know them well by the entire school community in order to avoid problems and conflicts.

With the rules of school coexistence is intended that professional teachers, non-teaching professionals, students and even parents from home know what to do, how they should behave and what they should do at any given time.

The rules of coexistence are set out in the internal documents of all the educational centers, but it will be the duty of the same center and each teacher to transmit it to the students and families so that they can know how to behave oneself and before others in the school. Although the rules of coexistence will help us solve problems and conflicts, they can always occur. When there is some type of conflict in the school, it is convenient to be able to involve all the interested parties in a search for solutions where all the parties can leave well situated.
