It is a calendar to determine if the baby that will be born will be a boy or a girl, based on two data: the age of the mother and the exact month in which the baby was conceived. According to tradition, the Chinese table, if used well, hits 90 percent of the chaos. Many women, for generations, have also used this table to get pregnant with a baby of the desired sex.
The basal temperature is the lowest temperature the body has after resting for at least 5 hours. With the basal temperature method you can know the fertile days in a woman's menstrual cycle. To make a table of basal temperature, the woman should take the temperature every morning at the same time, as soon as she wakes up and while she is in bed, and write it down on the corresponding date in a table, for at least a month. The basal temperature helps the woman to know her fertile days, both to increase the chances of becoming pregnant and to avoid pregnancy.
