To enjoy Carnival you do not need great preparations. So that your son spent it as never with his costume try to prepare it at home. With this simple craft you can make a nice bear mask.
With some simple and cheap materials you can get an original and personalized costume. You can make this bear mask with the children, for them you only need cardboard or EVA rubber, a little patience and a lot of imagination.
Materials:
- Brown cardboard
- Black cardboard
- Pink cardboard
- Scissors
- Glue
- Pencil
- Brush
- Rubber band
How to make a bear mask
1. Cut out the template from the bear mask. Do not forget to trim the inside of the eyes. You can download the template HERE
2. Mark the silhouette of the mask on a cardboard or EVA rubber brown with the help of a pencil. Cut out the silhouette
3. Cut out the interior elements of the mask: The nose, the nose and the ears. Mark the silhouettes, the nose in black and the nose and ears in pink.
4. Glue the ears and nose on the brown cardboard so that they match the silhouette. Put the black nose in the center of the nose.
5. Drill two holes with the help of a punch on the sides of the mask. Pass the rubber band through one of them and make several knots in the back. Do the same with the other ends, so that it can be held.
6. You already have your bear mask ready, it is only to complete the costume and to have fun !.
