Children love crafts, and they sure love to take care of the Christmas tree, so dare with this simple Christmas fir ornament. With ice cream sticks, paints and a little patience, you will have a unique decoration.

Materials

  • 3 sticks of ice cream
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • String
  • Brown card
  • Green acrylic paint
  • Large colored beads
  • Star to decorate

How to make a Christmas tree with ice cream sticks

1. Put some green paint on a palette or plastic cup. With a small brush, paint the ice cream sticks on both sides, and do not forget the sides. Forma

2. Form a triangle with the sticks, put glue in the corners and hold it for a few seconds so that it is firmly fixed.

3. Cut out a small brown rectangle to make the spruce trunk. Put some glue on the top and place it in the center of one of the sticks.

4. Take glue dots along the tree, on the front, to glue the beads that imitate the balls of the tree. Carefully place the beads on the sticks, pressing lightly so that they are well attached. Reserve the top vertex to place the star.

5. Go around the tree. Cut a string the size you want to hang the ornament. Put glue on the top vertex and place the ends of the string. You can reinforce it with a bit of cardboard.

6. Your tree is ready! Now you just have to wait for it to finish drying, and hang it as an ornament where you like it best.
