Pregnancy is certainly a unique moment in a woman's life. It is 9 and a half months during which changes in your body are happening as your baby grows and develops. It is quite a discovery during the first pregnancy to feel the first kicks, to see your heart beat in the first ultrasound or finally to have it in your arms after delivery.

A pregnancy is full of beautiful and endearing moments, but it is not free of discomfort, in addition to the typical ones there are the difficulties in the final stretch of pregnancy. It is then when you feel tired, heated, clumsy in your movements, anxious to meet the baby or distressed by the moment of delivery.

Things you can not do at the end of pregnancy

1- Get up off the floor. Sometimes I sit on the floor to play with my children. Getting up at the end of the game does not seem like a titanic task, but when you try it with a belly of almost 8 months, things change. Have you seen the turtles when they are face up? Well it is something similar. A good trick is to shrink your legs and get on your knees to get up from that position, even if we look like old ladies instead of young women in the prime of their lives.

2- Take off your boots or put on sandals. The high boots are fashionable and leggings are great in pregnancy. Putting them on is relatively easy, but ... how do we take them off? The other day I had to ask my eldest son for help to pull the heel of the boot because there was no way. Not to mention how to fasten a pair of sandals if we are in summer, sweats just think about it.

3- Cut the toenails. It is a very common act of hygiene that usually takes place after a shower. It does not require major complications ... unless you have a huge pregnant belly. It is when you arrive with the scissors and cutting in the exact place becomes a work of engineering.

4- Paint the toenails. At the end of pregnancy, it is not advisable to wear them painted and that is, if you go into labor, you have to go with the nails of your hands and feet without any type of cosmetic. However, and until that time comes, why are we going to do without some feet with perfectly painted nails? Yes, there is another reason. Painting the nails requires precision and reaching them with the gut in the middle and not getting out is not an easy task. I resort to brightness avoiding strong colors so that little mistakes are not noticed with the brush.

5- Depilate. The legs are simpler, but the English ... how pregnant can you see the English? There is no way. There are two solutions to get a swimsuit and go to the beach or pool in perfect condition: go to a hair removal center for a professional to do it in our place or do it at home helped by a strategically located mirror.

6- Go fast. If you have to get to a site on time, it's convenient to leave early. As the pregnancy progresses, the legs tend to separate and you acquire that typical "a la pato" walk, with the legs separated and an oscillating movement. That fact, along with the fact that the volume and weight of the belly is getting bigger, keep going fast to the sites, even if you want to. You can try ... and you will not get it.

7- Sleeping at a stretch. In my case, from the seventh month there is no way to get it. The volume is such (my belly is usually very large in pregnancies) that face up I can not breathe well, sideways I end up getting tired and by many cushions between the legs and tricks that I put into practice to acquire a good posture, after it stops being comfortable. Not to mention all the nocturnal visits to the bathroom, and that is because the bladder commands. Impossible then to sleep all night.
