You only need a little cardboard and cupcake molds to make this craft recycled, taking advantage of easy materials to make a small work of art that can be an ideal gift for children on this day.

Materials

  • Yellow cardboard
  • Green cardboard
  • 1 large cupcake mold
  • 2 small cupcake molds
  • Red satin ribbon
  • Red sequins
  • Black marker pen
  • Pencil
  • Glue and scissors

How to make a flower card with muffin molds

1 Cut a rectangle of 24cm yellow cardboard. x 16 cm. Fold it in half to form the card.

2. Cut one or two red ribbon strips, depending on the thickness, and glue them on the bottom of the card. Cut the remaining ends or bend them to the inside of the card and glue them.

3. Fold the big muffin pan in half. Turn the ends towards the center, as in the photo, to form a trapeze. Glue the mold on the card, so that the edge coincides with the loop and well centered.

4. Cut a strip of green card. Paste it on the card, it will be the stem of the flower. The lower part should overlap a bit with the mold stuck, and if it is too long cut it a little. Haz 5. Make cuts on the side of the molds, without reaching the central circle, to make the petals.

6. Stick the two small molds together, and when they are dry place the flower on the postcard, on top of the stem.

7. Put glue in the center and stick red or colored sequins that you like the most. Let it dry, write your message at the bottom, and that's it!
