It is fundamental to convey that communication and dialogue is the way to resolve discrepancies and not aggression or insult. Being kind, tolerant and respectful of others should not be the exception, but the rule.

7 Tips for the prevention of child maltreatment

1- It is important to start fostering in children ethical and moral values, being able to establish adequate rules of coexistence.

2- We must be aware when talking about and treating children who are especially vulnerable, fragile and sometimes, they are considered as inanimate figures belonging to one of the parents.

3- The human being has to learn and be able to control anger and aggressiveness adaptively and appropriately. The control of emotions is fundamental.
