Occasionally, the relationship between the parents is so tense that episodes of constant verbal and even physical attacks occur. The impact on a child of seeing their parents fighting or exchanging insults can jeopardize their development.

Effects for a child of a bad relationship of the parents

The child who is in the middle of a war between their parents, either by shouting or because they do not speak or communicate can be used in several ways:

- like messenger to transmit information from one parent to another, sometimes messages that are disrespected.

- be the informant of what the father or mother does or does not do.

- he is forced to choose who is right or to take the side of one of the parents.

All this environment of tension, bad moods and constant attacks, has obvious consequences on the children:
