How to make an owl eye mask for children for Carnival
1. On a white card, draw the shape of the mask with a black felt tip pen.
2. Draw the holes for the eyes and the beak of the owl.
3. Fill the beak with black color and skirt the eyes imitating the owl's plumage.
4. Finally, draw the holes for the rubber of the mask. Then you can paint the drawing in different colors.
