- How to make a graduation cap for children
- 1. Cut out a square of cardboard and fórralo with tissue paper. Stick it with zeal to fix it well.
2- Cut out a rectangle of black cardboard and glue the ends.
3- Take the mouse thread and double it to make the tassel. At the end cut the ends and join it with another longer piece of mouse thread.
4- Drill a hole with the punch in the middle of the card and pass the mouse thread.
5- Stick the square cardboard to the circumference and you already have your mortarboard. Happy Graduation!
