Children sometimes have trouble recognizing their kinship within the family and locating each of their members, so this children's craft will help them understand the relationship between all members of his family.

We will develop a family tree using cardboard and photos of family members or a drawing or caricature that identifies them. Children will have a great time creating their own family tree and can also be a gift for grandparents.

Materials

  • Cardboard of various colors
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Markers or pencils
Tip: in each branch of the tree you can put both photographs of each member of the family, as well as drawings of them with something characteristic that identifies them.

How to do, step by step, a family tree

Step 1. Draw the tree trunk on a brown or white card that you later paint brown. Remember to make the branches where each member of the family will go.

Step 2. To make the leaves of the trees, make round or cloud-shaped figures on green cardboard and cut them out. Make as many members as you can put in the family tree.

Step 3. Print pictures of family members and cut out only your face or draw them on a piece of paper. Glue each face on each of the bunches of leaves.

Step 4. Stick the trunk of the tree on a cardboard and on each branch, put one sticks the bunches of leaves with the faces. You can write the name below.
